Hi Emptyhb,

I have shared the EZED1 file with you. Do you have the interface cable that I mentioned in the last post?

Re: stepper encoder

Hi ahgu, The white plastic is an insulated plastic and its purpose is to provide insulation. Our standard steppers have an insulation Class B [130°C (266°F)]. In order to make sure that the internal windings do not exceed this temperature, then it is advised to make sure that the motor case temperat...

Re: A7685-D2ARMV stepper motor driver and datasheet

Hi ahgu, We do not release the name of the OEM as this would be a breach of our contractual agreement with that company. How did you obtain this motor? Was it pulled off of a machine, or was it purchased? If it was purchased, then I would suggest going through the original purchasing channel in orde...

Re: A7685-D2ARMV stepper motor driver and datasheet

Hi ahgu, As originally stated, the A7685-D2ARMV part number does not show up in our system. If the part number were to be in the system, then the only information that we would have access to is the information on it being a custom part for an OEM. Therefore, the recommendation would be to contact t...

Re: A7685-D2ARMV stepper motor driver and datasheet

Hi ahgu,

Unfortunately there is no indication of the vacuum ration nor temperature specification from the part number alone. This information would need to come from the specification sheet of the motor which can only be provided from the OEM (original equipment manufacturer).

Hi ADITJH, The BLVD20KM speed controller can have the speed set via the internal potentiometer, external potentiometer, or external DC voltage. If you use the OPX-2A control module, then you would also be able to set a digital setting for the speed. Alternatively, this speed controller option allows...

Hi alands,

In regards to your application, the AZD controller does not have a function which can alternate between 7 and 8 Hz. Therefore, the alternation between 7 Hz and 8 Hz would need to be a function of your control method which is communicating through RS-485 Modbus.
