Product Overview - Comparisons
Driver:
The BMU 200W (1/4 HP) driver size is different than the 30W, 60W and 120W. It is not as long (deeper) however it is over an inch taller so mounting hole for face is different. See dimensional sizes below.

Motor:
Motor gear version features a larger gear head than the 120W and a different mounting hole pattern. All BMU motor mounting holes (round shaft or geared types) are “Thru Holes”, not threaded. Inch or Metric screws (matching output shaft type) are included in all geared type.

Performance Advantages

The BMU 200 W (1/4 HP) produces about 50% more starting torque than the 120W (1/6HP) motor and about 30% more continues running torque, creating significant advantages for adoption into larger load applications. Also, the flat speed torque “Continues Duty” for the 200 W (1/4HP) motor is now out to 3,000 r/min offering and even wider torque advantage. When combined with a gear head, these advantages become even greater with maximum output torque now reaching 610 lb-in.

2 types of mounting brackets are available depending on “inch” or “metric” gearheads. See website for details based on part number. Mounting brackets are the same color as the motor / gearhead, misty gray.
