change new model from PH264M-32 to PK264AM

Q: before this i use stepping motor model PH264M-32,due to this model discontinued,so i change to PK264AM.but the problem is,when i connect this PK264AM to the existing controller,the motor speed cannot get low rpm.the lowest speed PK264AM achieve is 41rpm but i need the speed can go down until 10rpm.is it i can use the old driver which is use at PH264M-32?tq

Hi knightstinger,

Before I can answer your question, I need to confirm the replacement motor part number in order to do a comparison. We do not manufacture a PK264AM motor. I would also need information on your driver/amplifier such as the brand/model, voltage on the power supply, and current output. Information on your machine/motor setup would be helpful as well as any other changes you might have done to the machine (pulleys, sprockets, ball screw....etc.).
