I assume the full part number is 5IK40GN(or A)-A from the description of 5IK40 motor with AC100 v input, 10 micro farad capacitor, and lead wire colors black, blue, yellow and white.
If this is correct, the wiring is following. (There is no English manual for this motor since it was not made for the USA environment.)
For CW rotation, tie Black and Blue together and connect to AC (L), connect Yellow and AC (N) to one side of capacitor terminals, and connect White to the other side of the capacitor terminals.
For CCW rotation, tie Yellow and Blue together and connect to AC(L), connect Yellow and AC(N) to one side of capacitor terminals, and connect Black to the other side of the capacitor terminals.
Please keep in mind, the motor is only rated for AC 100v. Connecting AC 110v is not recommended.
I will recommend using a transformer to lower the voltage or using 5IK40GN-AW2U that is rated for AC110v and AC115v.

Hi There, Thanks for the link, but I also tried GOOGLE. And other sites.. I saw a lot of diagram from internet, the OM site it self, BUT I never saw a diagram describing the output I have. BLUE, BLACK, YELLOW, WHITE... The one, you send also describe about it, BUT the WIRE Color are, RED, WHITE, BLUE. Only 3-color wire. The other connection with BLUE/WHITE/BLACK is for 3-phase, but as the Model itself suggest single phase (5IK40GN-"A").

Hi rey234,

If I understand you correctly, the description I gave on this post previously does describe a 4-wire motor with the colors you mentioned.

I kinda do it, the only thing I need is the connection where to put what color on what connection. I seen some model but the colors are different, this is why I don't want to connect it without checking the standard coloring for this Model. I don't have the electrical diagram so even if I will get electricial it the same thing he will ask me first

Please see the general wiring diagrams below for 4 wire AC motors such as the 5IK40A-A or 5IK40GN-A. It also includes some wiring info for 3 wire motors. If you have a specific part number for the motor, please provide it. We offer many motors in different parts of the world and the wiring could be different.
