External speed control

Postby gals1 » Sat Mar 24, 2012 2:22 am

In the data sheet of BLH series of motor controller, the external speed control is defined as a voltage between VRM and VRL.
Is it possible to connect VRL to GND, and supply voltage (0-5V) to VRM?

Yes. You can supply an analog 0-5VDC voltage to control the speed on a BLH series motor/driver system like how you described.

Please refer to page 42 of the manual.
