Fuji multi speed

Q: I want to set 2 speeds on the Fuji inverter that I’m using on a conveyor.

A: First you will need to change the F01 function code from 4 to 7 to read speed set in the I/O terminals instead of the pot.

Then you will need to set your speeds in Hz by inputting them in the C05 and C06 function codes. You can set up to 15 different speed with the C05-C19 function codes.

Next to change the inputs on the I/O you will have to change some of the E function codes. You will need to change the E02 (X2) function code to 1 (SS2) the factory setting is 7 (Coast to a stop). The E01 (X1) function code already has 0 (SS1) factory set. If you need to use all 15 speeds you can use the E03 (X3), E98 (FWD) or E99 (REV) function codes.

When SS1 is ON it will run speed set in C05 parameter and when SS2 is on it will run the speed set in the C06 parameter. Reference the table below for the speed selection.

Below are some wiring examples you can wire in sink or source and use the internal voltage or external 24 VDC.
