EMP400 Question

Is there a way to know what position did the gripper stop? or similar thing?

fsoria,

Do determine how many steps the EMP400 has asked the gripper to move, you can type the "R" command. The "R" command displays a report that shows the status of the EMP400 I/O, parameters, etc. At the bottom of the report is information regarding the position of the controller. The value following the "PC=" line is the last commanded position from the EMP400.

Please note that the "PC" value shows how many steps the EMP400 asked the gripper to move, not what position the gripper may be at, in case the gripper was moved by some outside force.
